Raw Material Sourcing & Inspection
The foundation of a strong fastener is premium steel. We source carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel wire rods from certified mills like JSW and Tata. Every batch undergoes rigorous spectrometric and metallurgical analysis to verify chemical composition before it enters production.

Cold Forging & Heading
Wire rods are drawn to precise diameters, cut to length, and passed through multi-station cold forging machines. This process shapes the head (hex, socket, etc.) at room temperature, which significantly improves the mechanical properties and grain flow of the steel without compromising its integrity.

Thread Rolling
Unlike cutting threads which removes material and weakens the part, we utilize high-precision thread rolling. The forged blanks are passed between rolling dies to plastically deform the steel and form the threads. This cold-working process drastically enhances fatigue resistance and surface finish.

Our manufacturing process operates under strict ISO 9001:2015 guidelines. Every batch of fasteners is rigorously tested in our NABL-accredited in-house laboratory for tensile strength, hardness, and dimensional accuracy before it is dispatched with an EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate.
